Myfitnesspal: day one

So I took the before pictures and they are uhhhh to say the least: let's just say HUGE motivation! I did wow on my calories today, rolling in at 984! Now I am totally aware this is not healthy, which leads me to lay down my goals for this venture.

Goal 1: eat 1200 calories a day
Goal 2: drink 2 bottles of water a day
Goal 3: stick with the calorie counter, Myfitnesspal for 30 days at minimum, ending January 12th

Right now, that's all I can promise!! I am going to strive to work out 4 days a week and taking the stairs more. Hopefully I will better define these goals by next Saturday! Hold me accountable... I'm gonna need the support!

Now, finding ways to avoid late night snacking!! Xoxo

  1. Me too sister! I'm so afraid of before pics that I didn't even take them. I need one of those calorie counter things. Anyway, I've been doing p90x for a few days and it totally sucks. I am modifying it to like 4 days a week and at least one day of running. Maybe we can hold each other accountable.
