So I took the before pictures and they are uhhhh to say the least: let's just say HUGE motivation! I did wow on my calories today, rolling in at 984! Now I am totally aware this is not healthy, which leads me to lay down my goals for this venture.
Goal 1: eat 1200 calories a day
Goal 2: drink 2 bottles of water a day
Goal 3: stick with the calorie counter, Myfitnesspal for 30 days at minimum, ending January 12th
Right now, that's all I can promise!! I am going to strive to work out 4 days a week and taking the stairs more. Hopefully I will better define these goals by next Saturday! Hold me accountable... I'm gonna need the support!

Me too sister! I'm so afraid of before pics that I didn't even take them. I need one of those calorie counter things. Anyway, I've been doing p90x for a few days and it totally sucks. I am modifying it to like 4 days a week and at least one day of running. Maybe we can hold each other accountable.
