Fail. I failed today. I would like to blame everyone else but myself... But I chose (remember yesterday's post?? Ugh.) to chow down today. I gave in to the bean dip temptation, going out to lunch, eating a bread and desert. Uuuugh. But like I tell patients everyday "there will be good days, and there will be bad days" I guess I just need to know I will do better tomorrow.
I did however drink my water! Haha small success! Well here's to the staying successfully on goal tomorrow....
Wait for it..... I ate 1908 calories today (shock, disbelief!!!!)
